This includes program and project managers as well as those managing fundraising, finance, operations and marketing and communications functions. Testimonials ‘The workshops were fantastic. I loved all the tools. I can’t wait to get back into the office and set these up so that they enhance all our systems and processes.’ Nikki Stevens, Caloundra Youth Focus ‘This workshop reinforced for me the importance of common language and the need for regular, coherent planning. I’m planning to use the performance assessment and planning tool I learnt immediately. It was so good to step away from the organisation and get head space to think and reflect.’ Kim Vanden-Hengel, CNEC Partners International ‘Attending the workshops was great. The SVA team brought expertise and time. They did not attack what we were doing. They asked hard questions and helped us build up a real picture of what was and is going on. We all agreed on a joint process and moved forward together. We had to communicate and question our assumptions and language. It forced us to talk about all we did and see if we really were all on the same page. From the initial injection of capacity and tools, cultural change, thinking and conversations, we are finding that the templates and processes are now cascading down through the organisation. We are not reliant upon SVA for this. We are doing it ourselves now.’ David Carter, Business Manager, Wayside Chapel
